How To Request Ambulance

Make it very clear and easy. Steps might include:

  • Call our Emergency Ambulance Number (or main hospital line).
  • Provide your location, nature of emergency, vital details (conscious/unconscious, breathing status, etc.).
  • Our team will dispatch the nearest ambulance immediately.
  • In critical cases, we coordinate with ER / ICU team to prepare for direct handover.
  • Track ambulance (if tracking is available).
  • On arrival, patient is stabilized and transported to DHLI.

You can also provide an online request form (optional) — though for emergencies phone is primary.

Ambulance Charges & Payment

  • Whether ambulance service is free for in-house patients / emergencies or chargeable.
  • Rate structure (if applicable) — e.g. base fee + per km charges + extra equipment or staff charges.
  • Payment methods accepted (cash, card, insurance).
  • For insured patients, whether ambulance cost is covered under insurance / TPA.
